Before you book
The questions we hear most.
We accept many major dental insurance plans and file claims on your behalf. If we are out of network with your plan we will still help you use your benefits and tell you exactly what to expect out of pocket before treatment. Send us your plan details and we will verify coverage before your visit.
Plan on about an hour. You will have a comprehensive exam, digital X-rays as needed and a cleaning if time allows. Dr. Phillips reviews what he sees with you on screen and builds a treatment plan around your goals — not a list of everything technically possible.
Most treatment can be staged. We accept all major credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA, and we offer CareCredit along with flexible monthly payment plans so care fits your budget. We will always show you the cost in writing first.
Yes, and it is worth telling us when you book. We slow the appointment down, explain each step before it happens and stop whenever you need. Many anxious patients start with a consultation only — no instruments, no treatment — just to meet Dr. Phillips first.
Call us at (943) 200-8242. We hold time for urgent visits and will get you in as soon as we can. If you have severe swelling, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or facial trauma, go to the nearest emergency room first.
